Also consider visiting our blog - it's a great resource for beginners and it answers a lot of questions asked by our customers.
There is a number of CSWorks educational videos on YouTube, they can be of some help too.
If you still can't find the answer, do not hesitate to drop us a line. Please do not forget to include the following information:
- CSWorks installation log (use 'msiexec.exe /i <CSWorks msi file> /lvx* log.txt' command);
- CSWorks server trace log (see this guide for details);
- LiveData Service, Alarm Service, History Recorder configuration files (*.exe.config);
- LiveData Web Service, Alarm Web Service, History Reader Web Service web.config files;
- browser screenshots (if they help);
- your application XAML and C# or VB code.
