CSWorks on Windows Phone
CSWorks now supports Windows Phone 7 HMI (human-machine interface) application development. With CSWorks running on smartphones:
- Plant managers can gain quick access to important information around the clock from any location
- Backup operators can take immediate action upon receiving alarm notifications via SMS
- Developers can create phone applications that access live and historical data using CSWorks control library or third-party controls
There are not too many differences betwen browser-based and phone-based CSWorks:

- CSWorks for Windows Phone uses same standard network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS) to communicate with CSWorks servers
- CSWorks for Windows Phone components use the same code base as browser-based CSWorks, providing developers with good opportunities to re-use application code
- CSWorks for Windows Phone user interface supports animations, scalable vector graphics, gradients - all nice features you like Silverlight for
